Was battling to be a dad for years without a lawyer they started to take everything from me without abuse or neglect, everyone saod they wouldnt help me bc I tried my self.. he stepped un and gave us peace , something nothing can replace .. hes def not afraid to stand up for you and understands family and the court. Very personal and was easy and fair priced compared to others. He gave us hope rather than more questions. Def recommend him .

Very thankful for everything he’s done for me! I recommend him if you need a lawyer in the Spartanburg County area. I was facing prison time on a probation violation and he got me out of it. Now I’m home with my family and doing the best I can to become a better man. Great guy/Lawyer! For a reasonable fee!

Common Questions

What should I do right after an arrest?

Do not give a statement and do not consent to a search. Ask for a lawyer.

I missed my court date. What now?

A bench warrant has probably been issued. Call before the police find you.

How long do I have to protect my license after a DUI?

Very little. A DUI arrest starts a separate license suspension with a short window to request a hearing.

How long do I have to file an injury claim?

Generally three years from the injury, and less when a city, county or state agency is involved.

Should I talk to the other driver's insurance company?

Not without a lawyer. Adjusters want a recorded statement early.

How is custody decided?

On the best interest of the child. There is no automatic preference for either parent.
